This discussion was so refreshing to hear! I know a lot of people feeling drained by social media lately but you all really articulated the effects it has on creativity and attention so well. As a writer & poet it's hard to put on the 'content creator' hat to appease the Instagram algorithm just to have it suck all the joy out of the process of creating.
